Most of what we produce is our own content, developed in collaboration with trusted producing partners we have worked with before. We produce and co-produce action films, family action films, and horror.
We shoot both on location and in studios, with key production hubs in Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Cleveland, Ohio. However, we are fully equipped to produce and shoot anywhere in the world. Most of our productions fall under our guild affiliations, including SAG-AFTRA and the DGA.
The relationships we have established in international film markets are our greatest asset. Without film markets and buyers, a film’s return on investment can vary greatly. Thanks to the strong partnerships we have built over the years, we now work with a solid worldwide network that buys and places films—ensuring our filmmakers the best possible return on investment.

Snarly Yow
The film titled “The Snarly Yow“ is a horror thriller about a monstrous, dog-like creature from local folklore that terrorizes mountain communities. Filming for the movie, produced by 3 Rats Entertainment LLC and Avail Entertainment LLC, took place in the historic Victorian-era towns of Harpers Ferry and Bolivar, West Virginia, as well as other locations in the area. The movie focuses on the hunt for the legendary Snarly Yow, a beast described as causing pain without leaving physical evidence and whose bullets were said to pass through its body.

Ben Jackson, a principled junior lawyer at a prominent corporate law firm, who is entrusted with representing the impoverished Pittkin family in a lawsuit against Amerikid, a toy manufacturer. The case pertains to a defective toy that caused severe injuries to a child named Orin Pittkin. Initially convinced of the righteousness of his cause, Ben uncovers a sinister plot by his firm, led by the unscrupulous senior partner Langston, to shield Amerikid’s interests. Ben is compelled to submit a fraudulent medical report intended to undermine the Pittkins’ credibility. However, when he refuses, the firm frames him for the deception, leading to the ruin of his career and financial ruin.
